An update on the NFL Network
Here’s some news for all you football fans out there that happen to be Comcast customers. Comcast and the NFL Network have just issued this joint statement, which I will include in its entirety: “Comcast and the NFL are engaged in productive discussions toward a new agreement for NFL Network carriage on Comcast. NFL Network will continue to be carried on Comcast systems past tonight’s scheduled expiration of the current contract while both sides continue these productive discussions. We are both working to find a solution that works for NFL fans and Comcast’s customers.”

Good news, as I was considering canceling Comcast and moving to a AT&T who carry the NFL Network, plus also offer other advantages on cable, as well as broadband and home phone. Comcast has been great, but NFL Network is a mainstay for me and if Comcast drops it, I likely drop them.
This will probably be the same 'result' as Big10. It'll become part of Digital Starter and my bill will go up.
NFL Network has been an important channel to our family. We hope that Comcast will continue to carry the NFL Network.
