DTV Rapid Response Teams
June 12th is rapidly approaching, and if you’ve been reading this blog for any length of time (or watching TV for the last few months) you know what that means: the digital broadcast transition (DTV) deadline is almost here.
For those who might not know, starting on June 12th all full-power broadcast stations are required, by law, to switch to digital-only broadcasting. This means that your old analog antennas may not work. We’ve already blogged about what DTV is and how you can get ready for it but today we’re announcing something new: rapid response installation teams.
The rapid response installation teams are ready to roll, waiting for you to sign up for Comcast video service. Once you call, one of our rapid response teams will be dispatched to your home and install Comcast within 24 - 48 hours. You won’t have to worry about missing any of your favorite shows.
