Thank you, Frank
As many of you know, Frank Eliason is leaving Comcast (today, July 29th is his last day). He has had a big impact on Comcast, but more importantly he has impacted his fellow Comcasters.
In light of his achievements, we thought it only fitting to record a short video thanking Frank for all his hard work. Watch the video here.
Best of luck, Frank, and don’t be a stranger.

A very big thank you to Hope 64320 for helping resolve our issue with our phone on Saturday, January 14th, 2012. Hope's customer service was above and beyond our expectations. She was polite, courteous and respectful. Other companies may have good products, but they can't hold a candle to the customer service provided by Hope.
I just wanted to say that whenever I have to contact comcast the customer service is always GREAT. I don't really care for automated systems because if you nedd to ask a question it doesn't answer you back. My operator this morning was well spoken and very professional and when I had a question she didn't hesitate to answer. I would like to say thank you to operator number H#3 for her patience.
I would like to Thank Karissa # 37835 for taking the time to help ne fix my internet service. Karissa was very helpful and understanding. I would like everybody to know how pleased i was with Karissa. This is what i look for in customer service somebody that want's to take the time and do there job and help the customer. I want to Thank Karissa again for being there for me the customer.
Comcast is blessed to have such employees as Fronie, a true technical wizard who help me through the wireless router maze tonight. Courtesy, patient, and competent, are just a few words that describe this very nice lady. Yes Comcast you have me despite the barrage of ads for Direct TV. Your organization is top notch and I know this from many encounters with a host of Comcast personnel. No one has ever impressed me more than Fronie did this evening. And when we were through everything worked perfect! Thank You...R
Very cool to see how much Comcast cares.
Nice to see some of the faces behind the names.
Best of luck to the guy who literally became the poster child for answering the "social phone". Frank and team have helped so many brands understand the value of what it means to truly listen and engage and for that we all thank you. Best of luck man and we'll see you at the next social media event.

Frank,
Time flies by, it seems like yesterday that I first heard the name 'Frank Eliason' for the first time and now it is time to say good bye to someone I feel I got to know personally... and called 'Frank'. While I never actually worked with you, I have so much respect for you and the great work you have done! As one of the Superusers in the Comcast Help Forums, I never felt intiminated or shy about sending of an email to you. And you answered every single email I sent to you, and most of the time within minutes of my sending it! I wish you every possible success as you move forward to your new career! Take good care, Carole
