About

After listening and talking to our customers online, we have decided to create a place where we can exchange ideas about what’s important to you.

This blog is called “Comcast Voices” because you’ll be hearing from many of us at Comcast - everyone from product managers and programmers to business unit leaders and technical specialists. You can expect to hear straight talk on news, change at our company, and our thoughts on what’s important in our industry.

This blog is also about your voices: we look forward to conversations about your favorite (or not so favorite) topics. There are some topics that we will not address on this blog, such as financial and legal matters, but most other topics are fair game. We welcome any feedback or thoughts you have about Comcast Voices.

Customer service is an issue we expect to talk about a lot on this blog. We know you care about it, and Comcast does, too. However, if you have a specific problem you need to have addressed right now, we’ve created online forums that are uniquely designed to address specific customer service questions or issues. This blog isn’t the place to solve your specific customer service issues.

We are looking forward to our conversations, so please join us and let us know how we’re doing.

Rules of the Road

You can read our complete blog policy here, but generally speaking, here’s how we will maintain an interesting and constructive environment for all visitors to the Comcast Voices blog:

  • We will listen to you and join in the conversations.
  • We will moderate this blog.
  • We want conversations to be polite, on-topic, and respectful.
  • We want this blog to be a safe place to have conversations.
  • We will respect your privacy.
  • We want you to remember that published submissions are public for anyone on the blog to see.
  • We ask you to address personal customer service and support questions to our customer support team.
