Andrea Agnew

As Comcast's first ever Director of Diversity and Inclusion, I am responsible for developing strategies and building programs to enhance, leverage, and celebrate the diversity of Comcast's most valuable assets - it's employees. When I joined Comcast, I was also involved in our strategic staffing goals as a recruiting business partner, and assist in the development and deployment of recruiting initiatives to meet the needs of a growing corporation that's focused on diversity and inclusion.

Before joining Comcast, I worked as the Corporate Diversity Recruiting Manager for the Booz Allen Hamilton Board Diversity Initiative (BDI), and led recruiting initiatives with PricewaterhouseCoopers, National SAP Practice, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Mid-Atlantic Region for the Solutions Technology Practice.

Outside of Comcast, I volunteer with a number of organizations including the Philadelphia Special Olympics, Philadelphia Cares and Teens at Risk, and have a great passion for learning, building community, and expanding knowledge to enrich those who are less fortunate. I also serve as President of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications' (NAMIC) Philadelphia Chapter.

My greatest accomplishment is being the proud mother of two amazing daughters, Alicia and Caitlin. In my free time I enjoy exploring my iPad, reading, writing, and Girl Scouting!
