Frank Eliason

Here's what I think people may find interesting about me. I enjoy spending time with my family, new electronic gadgets and talking to people on the internet. Yes, I love to talk to Customers (it is why I love my job)! I am married to Carolyn and our children are Lily, Robyn and Gianna. I enjoy watching biographies, historical programs, and similar programs on channels like Discovery and National Geographic. I especially enjoy HD on my 65" TV (a gift to myself when I joined Comcast--like I needed an excuse). Some of my favorite shows are Mad Men, Deadliest Catch, Greenburg and Dirty Jobs. I tend to watch some of my favorites, like HBO's Band of Brothers many times over. I know it does not change, but I enjoy it. My first experience in social media was not listening to Customers, but rather communicating about the health of our daughter Gianna, who was born premature. Years later when she was diagnosed with cancer, we again communicated through our website. She passed away in 2004, shortly before her 4th birthday. What is interesting is how her website put us in touch with so many great people from around the world. Some of the closest friends I will ever have. In Gia's memory, when possible, we work to support many of the charitable organizations that were there for us.
