Jennifer Klein

I'm a behind-the-scenes, make-it-happen kind of girl in Comcast’s Video Services Department. I've been with the company since 2007, and am currently a Senior Manager of Xfinity On Demand. When there’s new content that we need to get out to our customers right away, I'm usually in the thick of it ensuring everything goes smoothly.

My job requires some technical knowledge, but I’m not an engineer. Far from it, actually. In my previous life, I was a journalist for ten and a half years at the Philadelphia Inquirer, where I wore many hats, including a staffer at the now-defunct Sunday Magazine and Assistant Editor of the Friday Weekend pullout section. My favorite hat of all was actually a veil: I was a wedding columnist for a year and a half. I'm a sucker for the "meet-cute" story and I actually met my husband Michael on the job. I spent my childhood in North Wales and Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania and we still live in the 'burbs. In my spare time, I love to travel, read novels, shop, and watch our hometown sports teams.
