Kyle McSlarrow

While I’m new to the Comcast family, I'm not new to the industry, and as the former CEO of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association (NCTA), I've seen up close just how the intersection of technology and public policy affects the customer experience. I've blogged before for NCTA, and look forward to rejoining the conversation in my new job as President, Comcast/NBCUniversal for DC. In this role, I have dual responsibilities in business operations and public policy in Washington, D.C. On the operations side, I'm working on the customer experience and product development and I also lead the Comcast and NBCUniversal public policy offices in Washington, D.C. With my schedule, On Demand and the DVR have really been game changing technologies for me personally — it means I never have to miss "House," "Burn Notice," or anything on SyFy.
