Lee Khatchadourian-Reese

Besides having what may be the longest last name of anyone here at Comcast, I am really lucky to have the opportunity to focus on the Customer Care organization for the company. As Vice President of Business Services, my strategy is aimed at providing seamless service delivery and a positive support experience for our Business Class customers. From assisting with new product launches to enhancing our existing systems and infrastructures, my concentration is always customer centered.

When not repeating the “Think Customer First” mantra, I can be found fulfilling my favorite roles as wife and mom. At home, I’m trying to perfect my skills as a chef in the kitchen. Although, I’ll admit, as a vegetarian I still have to remind myself that my husband, Jon, a true meat and potatoes guy, can’t survive on salad alone. Our son and daughter keep our lives entertained with golf, karate, and saxophone lessons as well as softball and basketball games. We also stay pretty busy taking care of the newest addition to our household-the cutest English bulldog puppy in the world!

Working at Comcast’s headquarters in Philadelphia allows me to be in familiar territory. Being a Philly native, I grew up spending summers at the Jersey shore and as a competitive gymnast for over a decade in Pennsylvania. Today, I remain a dedicated Phillies baseball Phan and go green each football season rooting for the Eagles.
