Melissa Mendoza

I also go by @ComcastMelissa, MiniBoss, Lissa, Meliss, and (my personal favorite) Shamir and/or Xavier’s Mom. I’ve been working on the social media team w/ Comcast since its inception and was working for the Executive Support Line prior to that. Before joining the Comcast team a few years ago, I was a High School English teacher in Camden, NJ and in college I was waitress. You could say I’ve had a long, healthy career of helping others get what they need.

When I’m not in front of my computer, I can be found playing with my kids, watching the tube, and playing on our Wii. I enjoy being out in my garden and cooking foods using home grown spices. I love the beach, swings, pizza and iced tea. I don’t love traffic jams, laundry day, and dead batteries. My favorite time of day is dinner with my family and playing “High/Low” where everyone shares the best and worst parts of their day. I adore my family and enjoy my job, so yeah, life is good.
