Steve Hackley

I’m responsible for the customer experience for more than 1.8 million Comcast subscribers in over 300 communities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. I also oversee all Comcast operations in the region, including sales, customer service, network engineering, programming, technical operations and community investment.

I am particularly passionate about customer service, and it was an honor for me to be chosen to serve on an executive committee focused on improving the overall Comcast customer experience, and to help develop the Comcast Customer Guarantee.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my daughters play basketball and soccer, and rooting for the Red Sox. I also enjoy playing golf and taking in all of the great sights and activities that New England has to offer.
